We unfortunately do not offer refunds on jewellery. However we are happy to exchange your item for another item EQUAL value within 14-days of purchase. We believe that true beauty should bring joy, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist you.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same pristine condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and still adorned with its original tags.
